The usual medium for distributing multimedia is CD-ROM, the contents being educational or promotional. Interactive training is a very effective medium allowing the use of video, graphics, sound, text and animations to be used to their full effect. The user is in complete control of all they see and quizzes can be included to assess knowledge gained.

With the falling costs of CD replication it has now become an ideal medium to promote businesses. Catalogues and brochures can be produced much more cheaply than glossy printed versions and the costs of distributing are much cheaper.

Multimedia is an ideal medium in which to prepare interactive tests. Questions can be randomly generated or fixed, can include all the elements of multimedia or can be text based. The questions can be held in a text file allowing the same presentation to display different questions by changing the file not the complete presentation. Immediate feedback can be given, or the answers can be stored in a text file and analysed later.

We have always provided our web and multimedia customers with a PDF document conversion service. We are now able to extend this to any customer who can provide us with a document in Word or Postscript format. If your document is in another format contact us anyway, we may still be able to convert it. Documents can be accepted in a number of ways -
Small documents may be supplied as an e-mail attachment
Larger documents can be supplied on the following media: CD-R, CD-RW, Floppy Disk, Zip Disk, SmartMedia, Flash Card, Key Drive
For complicated documents an original printed copy should also be supplied, we will ensure that the formatting is retained.
